As Creighton nursing students committed to health equity and community engagement, we aim to improve access to essential food, health, and social services for underserved populations in North Omaha. Through collaboration with No More Empty Pots, we are developing a digital QR code resource platform that empowers individuals to navigate local support systems with dignity and ease. Guided by Jesuit values of service, justice, and cura personalis, our project seeks to promote health literacy, reduce barriers to care, and strengthen community partnerships that foster long-term well-being.
